Eid Mubarak : A love Story ! 

This story about LDR Relationship Between Indo-Ind Culture and Traditional with love from Two soul ! Waiting year over year to get Connected! Far but too Close to each other ! Welcome all to my Blog . 

My love is from Indonesia and she Is a Muslim Woman ! Am from India and am a Hindu ! We both in a LDR Relationship last past 4 years ! Quite Interesting Journey we both have over year over. Is not every thing is ok now we still fight lot and argue lot but love each other ! We celebrate Festival she love to Enjoy my Diwali and I love to enjoy her Eid ! She motivate me in my Navratri and I motivate her in Ramzan ! This blog I particular Dedicate to her ! On this eid I share you all about our quite Interesting Journey ! 
She like my style of cooking ! When am kitchen cook something I video call her show her how I cook tell her what spices I used what process what Ingredients I used ! Like when I cook EggCurry  or MurgMusallam or EggRolls  she love it a very sweet smile on her face ! And I got so peace while see her smile ! She look beautiful when smile and you know all we both love chicken and eggs ! Hahahahaha ! Smiles ! Sweet memory Right on ! 
She also when cook Teach me how Indonesian Food and what Ingredients ! My favorite is SotoAyam and LapisLagit ! When she cook I look her and she scold me teach making not see her but my eyes only want to see her as she my life my love ! And honestly say she Great cooking and I love her cooking and wait for it when we together enjoy our Breakfast Lunch and Dinner ! 
She very Simple woman Honestly Her Beauty Secret is that she simple and sweet she not do much Make up Stay simple which I love most ! She Say no to Fashion ! Simple but Beautiful ! When am with her am love to watch her Hour and Hour ! With her every Second Minutes and Every Hour like am in peace of Sea like am in paradise ! 
Our love like Art of Traditional and Culture ! Like she send me the Famous Art of Indonesia Culture BatikShirt. When I wear it first time feel like I wear a Traditional Culture of Indonesia very Colour Full and Very art full. Similarly I teach her to Wear BanarasiSari. Also a Indian Culture Art who in India or world not know about this Stuff ! Like Batik and Banarasi Saree our love also unique and Culture and Traditional ! Unique in self ! Smiles ! 
On this Eid with my heart and soul I wish her mubarak eid mubarak ! To her and her family ! Our love like a Bycle wheel ( Tyres ) . Far from Each other But United to run our love Bycle ! You all pray and Wishes to our lovely Journey of Love never End ! Thanks

Thali : North East Platter

North East Platter

North East my personal very best place to visit ! Eight state comes and I tell ful of peace and adventure and hospitalized culture in this state ! India's North-East is an exciting melange of various tribes and cultures. Their flavors and dishes are as unique as their colourful way of life. Most of their dishes use simple and flavourful fresh ingredients like Bamboo Shoot, Bhut Jolokia and local greens. Though most dishes consist of meat, it is interesting to note how these are very light and lip-smackingly enjoyable. The dishes are prepared with Mustard oil to intensify the flavour.

here are 15 dishes from the North-East

1. Khar (Assam)
Any Assamese meal is incomplete without delicious Khar.

2. Kumurat diya Hanhor Mangxo (Assam)
This sumptuous delicacy from Assam is a duck meat curry cooked with Ash Gourd ( lauki ), and is reserved for special occasions.

3. Pitha (Assam)
Pitha is the most popular snack from Assam;

4. Fish Tenga (Assam)
It's a light and tangy fish curry that is prepared with Ou Tenga ( Elephant Apple). The sour fruit brings out the subtle sour taste in this scrumptious dish. To enhance the flavour you can add a hint of fresh spices.

5. Sanpiau (Mizoram)
This is a very popular Mizo snack sold in the streets

6. Vawksa Rep (Mizoram)
This chewy meaty dish will instantly make you drool.

7. Smoked Pork (Nagaland)
Nagaland is famous for its pork, smoked the traditional way.

8. Bamboo Steamed Fish (Nagaland)
This dish is a speciality from Nagaland. The first bite might taste plain, but eventually you can savour the subtle hint of bamboo flavour. Fresh spices include Raja Mirchi. used in the dish enhances its flavour. Bamboo Steamed Fish is best enjoyed with steamed rice.

9. Nga Atoiba Thongba (Manipur)
This is a hot pasty fish curry preparation where the delectable fish stew is cooked with boiled potatoes, fresh bay leaves, onion, cumin, chillies and chives. The fish in the stew gradually softens and all the wonderful flavours mix with the dish.

10. Iromba (Manipur)
This simple yet fabulous dish is prepared with fermented fish, mashed potatoes, fresh green leaves and blazing red chillies.

11. Jadoh (Meghalaya)
This exciting dish from Meghalaya is a luscious pork and rice-based Khasi delicacy.

12. Tungtap (Meghalaya)
It is a dry fish paste or chutney .

13. Gyathuk (Sikkim)
This flavourful Thukpa recipe from Sikkim is an Indian version of Tibetan noodle soup.

14. Chikhvi (Tripura)
This dish is native to the state of Tripura.

15. Zan (Arunachal Pradesh)
This popular dish from Arunachal Pradesh is prepared with millet flour and boiling water.

The food is prepared using a modern approach and traditional spices that sourced from all over india. Now you all may be bit confusion about Mughali and awadhi cusine ! Awadhi Food is food which introduce by Nizam of Hyderabad Lucknow Kashmir and Bihar and Bengal ! Mughai Food I will tell it about on my next food! Awadh food is simple less spicy and less masala use cook in Slow flame !

Bengali Food is incomplete without showcasing a traditional Bengali Thali.  I have shown golgappa pani puri in my Kolkata.  I have shown many Indian thali  veg thali from different regions of India.  Traditional Bengali feast food is all about the depth of flavours. Egg curry, rasgulla is my all time favourite Bengali Dish, beacause of Mustard seed, mustard oil, chillies are used in abundance in bengali cooking.  The Bengali Thali is special and it's to be consumed course by course.  So here is what the Veg Bengali Thali comprises of - 

1) BAINGAN BHAJA - A classic bengali appetizer. 
2) LUCHI- Refined flour puri.
3) SHUKTO - Bengali mixed vegetables that even includes bitter groud Sweet and bitter in flavour.
4) DAL - Toordal that's tempered in home made desi ghee, and tadka of some extra fine chopped coconut mouth watering .
5. Bhapa Chanar : Similar like Cottage Cheese Preparstion .
6) PATOL POSTO - Parwal vegetable cooked in a poppy seed paste gravy.
7) MOCHAR GHONTO - Banana blossoms and potato subji made with garam masala. 
8) ALOO DUM - Baby potatoes cooked in a onion gravy.
9) STEAMED RICE - The Plain Pacca Chawal.
11) FRIED PAPAD -  serve with Mango Chatni . 
1 2) GEHENA BARA - A dal vada Super crispy. 
13) MISHTIDOI- Bengali yogurt an earthen pot. 
14) GUR RASGULLA -  this one was special as it was sweetened using jaggery.

DAAB CHINGRI : A porn Based curry the sweetness of the coconut milk and tender coconut, the punch of mustard, Spice.
KATLAJHOL : katla, a pond flsh, is fried first before being introduced to the curry which has a lilt of fennel in its flavours.
KASHA MANGSHO : A slow cooked dish of onions and meat in equal measure,
Dum Aloo Chicken or Mutton Briyani
STEAM ILLISH MAACH: Steam under Cover Banana Leaves with Mustard Seed paste and oil with some fresh Green Chili.

kathiawadi cuisine I have for you all.  In spite of its coastline region famous for seafood’s this state is filled with vegetarians as the influence of jains are more here. For spicy food lovers Like me kathiwadi style will be the best to explore as they have some spicy recipes even though the addition sugar is very common in all regions of gujarat. Kathiawadi is completely vegetarian and some people in this region exclude onion garlic but for some recipe they do include a garlic tomato chutney.I have tried to bring all the dishes of kathiawad and some are made in every region  of Gujarat.
