North Indian Thali
The concept of thali begins from the Punjab a beautiful energetic state of Northern part of India.
Before a thali is a very simple dishes which generally eat at diner table with together family members with talk and laugh!
Generally a plain thali is based on Veg and dishes are ( Chapati, Rice, Dal, Mix Veg, papad, raita, Puvkle, some fries, Salad and any sweet dishes !
But now in morden times many resturant make the thali like Shahi which almost min 21 dishes to goes up to 56 dishes ! The main concept of this idea is that many resturant United whole North Indian state cusine in one Platter !
Like Rajma Chawal comes from Jammu, Mutton Rong Josh cones fron Kashmir , Tandori Roti or Dal makhani or Chicken tandori comes from Punjab , Tadka dal with flovour mix dal comes Uttarkhand , spicy curry comes from Himachali , and who forgot Bajra ki roti from Rajesthan and Dal bati churma , And comes starter and soup comes from Delhi ka zaika , with very good appiette of Golgappa or chach or lasi from Punjab ! The vast cusine brings in one thali and make it The Great North Indian Thali.

2. starter : Paneer Pakoda or Vegetanble Pakoda or Aloo Tikki or Tandori Platter mix veg.
3. Main Course : Dal tarkda, Dal Makni , Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer , Paneer Burji , Sabji Dry , Sabji Gravy , Kadhi Pakoda , Chole , Rajma , dal bati churma sarso ka saag
4. Rice : Veg Briyani, Fried Rice, Jeera Rice, Plain Rice
5. Bread : Tawa Roti , Tandori Roti , Missy roti, Bajra roti , Maike ki roti, Besan ki Roti , puri , kulcha, paratha , bature
6. Sweet Dish : Halwa suji or gajar or moong dal or atta , Sweet made from Khoya. Sweet Lasi.
